ANTHONY DI BENEDETTO

From the perspective of the new generation, Anthony & Kasara Di Benedetto, two international speakers and experts in emotional intelligence science reveal to us the success of the young couple relationship hand in hand with their daughter AZYA. The two speakers shared with us the wonderful bonds they developed together with emotional intelligence.

Anthony Di Benedetto was born in the town of Gap, in the French Alps and grew up in a village in Provence. He brilliantly graduated in his studies of communication, advertising and marketing at the University of Montreal, Quebec.

He is an expert in consciousness, the unconscious and emotional intelligence (EQ), an avant-garde visionary who modernizes and leads everything he comes in contact with.
Anthony is vice president of organisation doing research on EQ, and together with his spouse Kasara, they have spread their knowledge throughout their operations in Canada, Europe and Asia. 

Currently, Anthony and his team of computer engineers are developing a new technology that integrates symbolic language, artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics. This advanced software will be used in many fields.

A true missionary of modern times, involved at the heart of several humanitarian projects, Kasara is now also vice president and sits on the board of directors of Teaching & EQ Research Center and in Canada, France, Switzerland, Belgium and India.

ELOI DELMONICO
PROFESSOR SCT
GENERAL MANAGER SCT AG 

Eloi was born in Switzerland and followed a musical and pedagogical path that led him to obtain a teaching diploma for primary schools as well as a piano teaching diploma. At the beginning of 2008, after many experiences in the world of music and teaching, he became more and more involved in research on emotional intelligence and symbolic language.

As a teacher and then school principal (2001-2017) in Fribourg and Geneva, he understood the importance of emotion management and worked with his students, in collaboration with many other teachers, psychologists, therapists and doctors to develop emotional intelligence in school and at home.

Since 2017, he has been the General Manager of Source Code Technology (SCT) AG, Switzerland, a company that was founded to help children and teenagers evolve positively, and to provide them with all the necessary tools to develop and understand their sensitivity, their environment, with discernment and compassion. With his wife Sophie, they are joining forces to pass on this advanced knowledge to their 3 children and devote their life to the diffusion and transmission of symbolic language and emotional intelligence over the world.

RÈGINE THOMAS
PROFESSOR SCT, THERAPIST 

Since the age of 7, music has been a part of her life. Régine worked so hard that very early on she became a student prodigy in classical guitar and later performed in concerts. At the same time she tries to understand the emotions she feels. She trains herself in relational communication and psychology, among other things, and her desire to help leads her to volunteer for charities such as the Restos du Cœur in France.

Later, she graduated from IRFAT (Institut de Recherche et de Formation en Art-Thérapie) in Avignon. It is mainly yoga, dance and about ten years of martial arts that lead her to combine body work and music in her job as an art therapist. She then definitively stops performing and devotes herself to helping others. She gives workshops for children with learning difficulties at the "Rainbow" centre in Carpentras. For several years, she received one-on-one sessions, gave workshops and internships for adults and children. Her research and desire to learn led her to join the TBS research group on emotional intelligence. Currently she is a professor and teaches symbolic language and emotional intelligence (EQ) in several countries and follows many students in these fields.

PATRICK THOMAS
PROFESSOR SCT, THERAPIST 

An electronic radar specialist and air traffic controller of the French Navy, Patrick worked on various Navy vessels throughout the world for 17 years, and became an instructor at the Naval Training Centre in St Mandrier (Toulon) until the end of his career.

Driven by his desire to help people in difficulty, he devoted himself to studying various communication techniques and energy healing to become a therapist, an activity he would pursue for more than 15 years, until he joined the SCT team.

Professor Patrick Thomas now teaches symbolic language all over the world and follows many students in this field. He and his wife Régine now dedicate their lives to the SCT’s research and development department of emotional intelligence technology (EQ). They also work on advanced school programs for high potential children (HP) as well as for children with autism and learning disabilities.

EMELINE MERCIER
PSYCHOLOGIST 

In 2006, Emeline Mercier began university studies that led her to obtain a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience Research at the École Normale Supérieure de Paris and at the Université Paris Descartes in 2013. She had the opportunity to participate in an international research program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA, with researchers Richard Davidson and Antoine Lutz, who specialize in the study of human consciousness. She then completed her studies in Switzerland to pursue a master's degree in Health Psychology at the University of Lausanne, which led her to become a psychologist.

She has been involved for several years as a co-designer of the +|- Code Program as well as in various projects of the SCT Foundation. She is committed to transmitting her knowledge of human psychology, through simple and profound examples such as those found in the +|- Code Program.

ALEXIS MERCIER
EXPERT IN COMMUNICATION 

Alexis graduated from the University of Brussels (ULB) in 2015. He was the vice-president and administrator of a non-profit organization for 4 years in Brussels, and contributed to the organization of cultural events for several years, such as concerts, festivals and lectures in Belgium. He worked as a chief editor in a webzine, and has managed various editorial and audiovisual projects.

He is now dedicating himself to helping the research and development team of The +|- Code Program, and participates in the creation and diffusion of various projects of the SCT Foundation. He accompanies many young people to help them understand the importance of the + and - in their daily life.

THIBAUT FAVRE DE THIERRENS
OSTEOPATH D.O. 

After obtaining his baccalaureate in Sciences, Thibaut went on to study osteopathy for 6 years, after which he began practicing in his area. He then set up a multidisciplinary associative practice bringing with other health practitioners, and created his own osteopathic practice in the south of France in 2010.

At the same time, Thibaut trained for more than five years on studying and understanding emotional intelligence.  His deep commitment to the +|- Code Program allows him to teach it and deepen his practice with his patients.

CLAIRE FAVRE DE THIERRENS
NURSE 

Claire became a state registered nurse in November 2009. She has mainly worked in the psychiatric department. She has accompanied people in day hospitals and Psychological Medical Centres, working with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, specialized educators and social workers.

In 2013 she joined the monitoring and support team for elderly care and people with disabilities in the Vaucluse Departmental Council. Since 2015, Claire has been specializing in the field of disability. She visits people with addictions daily in order to assess their situations and to best meet their needs and life projects. She has been working closely with SCT professors for several years to help write the +|- Code Program.

NILS DELMONICO
TEACHER 

Nils, a Swiss citizen from Fribourg, obtained his English and Spanish Language & Literature degree in Geneva in 2004. He has been a high school and college teacher since then, completing various pedagogical and other specialised trainings over the course of his career. He has been an active and dedicated contributor to the +|— Code program since its beginning.
Nils has mainly been teaching at the Ecole de Culture Générale Jean-Piaget, Geneva, whose students are often emotionally challenged or present with various types of learning difficulties. Developing emotional intelligence has proven to be a highly needed addition to the standard subjects in this populated and multi-dimensioned environment. Thus combining teaching and tutoring with the +|— Code program has become a powerful tool for conveying a whole new set of values and skills. It is a truly enjoyable, efficient and novel way of helping our youth rebuild their confidence, develop their discernment and overall emotional abilities, and find new avenues of self-realisation.
